Beginning with an introduction to the brain - gut skin relationship and its role in skin health and vitality.
You will then be guided through gentle facial exercises designed to support tone, structure and natural glow. These practices are then easy to continue with at home.

A deeply nurturing experience beginning with gentle, intentional movement in preparation for Hansa Rest, a unique, cocooning body wrap designed to encourage profound release, deep rest and restoration.
