Understand the foundations of holistic health and gain practical tools to support mind, body and soul in a beautiful, grounding setting.Holistic Health & Wellbeing Workshop
Where clinical science, holistic wellness and land-based healing meet
Join us for a unique and immersive half-day experience where medical science, holistic wellbeing and nature-based healing come together. Set within the historic and powerful landscape of Bosworth Battlefield, this carefully curated workshop blends evidence-based health knowledge with meditation, psycho-spiritual insight, energy awareness and connection to the natural world.
This is not simply a workshop - it is a guided journey into whole-person wellbeing.
What this day is about
Too often, modern health conversations separate science from spirituality. Today, we gently bring them together.
Through teaching, guided practice, reflection and optional 1:1 holistic health conversations with Dr Atul Bansal (NHS Emergency Medicine Doctor), you will explore how physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing are deeply interconnected.
You will leave with practical tools, more self-awareness and a personalised wellbeing action plan that supports prevention, resilience and long-term health - in your own life, and, if relevant, within your professional practice.
What we will explore
- A holistic model of health and the key pillars that influence wellbeing
- The science and practice of meditation for nervous system regulation
- Psychological tools for inner work, including shadow awareness and archetypal reflection
- Energy awareness and gentle self-healing practices
- Nature as medicine - herbal remedies, grounding, land connection and mindful walking
- Heritage reflection and how place supports personal transformation
Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity for brief one-to-one health reflections with Dr Atul, offering a grounded clinical perspective alongside holistic insight.
Why Bosworth Battlefield?
Bosworth is a site of historical transformation and the lands are spacious, active and fertile.
We will consciously work with the land through grounding practices, mindful walking and reflective exercises - recognising that healing is not only personal, but relational and connected to place. Nature connections and remembering who we are is part of the learning.
