So many companies, and programs claim to have clean, and safe ingredients for your health. Not all of them can back up those claims. Many of the tools we discuss will be doTERRA health tools, and some are easy to find in your local health food or grocery store.

About the Speaker: Meg Vos is from West Michigan, and is a Holistic Brain Coach and Holistic Health Educator. She travels the U.S. teaching others about simple ways to balance mental wellness and holistic health.
Join Meg and local health coach Dalisa Garrett-Gaillard, while they guide you through holistic health and simple ways to introduce it into your routine.
Many of the tools being discussed in this workshop are from doTERRA, a holistic health and wellness company. Some can be found at your local health food store or right at home.
