The monthly Holistic Creative Arts workshops are starting up again at The Gregson in Lancaster this Friday from 10am to 1pm (and then on the first Friday of each month)Each themed session incorporates a creative activity such as painting, clay, collage, or writing in a supportive, friendly environment. The classes support self-awareness, creativity, personal growth, and relaxation.
