🌱A series of seven classes that explore the Foundational Herbal Extracts and a holistic approach to women’s wellness with special guest presenters Caroline Keeler and Talyor Lawrence.
🌱In addition to herbal extracts and uses, topics will include wellness approaches for women in all ages and stages from puberty through menopause.
🌱In person coursework will include hands-on practice making extracts, an in-depth study of 18 herbs, safe research methods and opportunities for continuing study with online resources, other teachers and school. There will also be access to a private, online community of current and former students.
🌱Extracts included are: water extracts, oils, salves, alcohol and glycerin extracts, vinegar extracts, and syrups.
🌱In addition, each class will include information about how each extract can support women’s wellness.
Women’s wellness topics include: pelvic health with a blend of physical therapy and herbal ally approaches, breast and womb health from a physical, energetic and spiritual approach.
