Please join us Saturday December 6th for our annual holiday throwdown! Register your Team of 4 in one of the divisions; Scaled, intermediate, or Rx. Stay tuned to this page for workout releases as we get closer to December. Teams will be made up of 2 males and 2 females. This is a charity event so 100% of the proceeds from registration will go to the charity that EHP members choose. Cost per team is $120 ($30 per person) and will be paid in cash or VENMO the day of the event. If you want to donate more, you can do so the day of the event. The event will run roughly from 8am-4pm.
