Winter Sugar Cookie Decorating Class
In this 3 hour class, Tracy Irwin will teach you step-by-step how to decorate 6 sugar cookies with different techniques using royal icing. She is a Food Network Champion cake artist, so you will be learning from the best! Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, this class is perfect for anyone looking to add a touch of creativity to their baking.
Tracy will teach you all about royal icing and how to work with it using different consistencies and techniques. You will learn how to use an airbrush and a projector to enhance your cookies! The exact designs will be announced shortly, but expect festive favourites and charming holiday details.
December 13 from 12:30-3:30pm at The Penny Coffee Shop in Mission.
Ages 10+ welcome. All product, supplies and tools are supplied. You will take home your 6 decorated cookies to enjoy, along with Tracy's cookie and royal icing recipe to use in the future!
