Featuring SquishLab, holiday sing-along, festive potluck dinner, movie night, and slumber party! (There is no pressure to sleep over - come & go as you please.)

This is a platonic connection event where all of us can feel safer to express, feel, play, & witness each other. There is no pressure to cuddle! Coregulation & safety building happens not only through touch but also through proximity. Shared moments of eye contact. Shared soft voices. Being near one another while we explore our own experience. This is the good stuff!
The requested exchange for this experience will be $10-40 per person. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds because everyone deserves access to these healing experiences.

***SquishLab is a facilitated space to practice navigating connection through platonic touch (or even proximity). Supported with concepts from play school, partner yoga, and our own childlike wisdom, in a trauma-informed container where everyone is safe to explore self-consent, boundary expression, communication, and so much more.
Come alone or bring friends - we will partner/group up as it flows. Opening circle includes group agreements & procedural language practice like making requests and offers & practice saying and receiving "no". Then the facilitator guides us into (always optional) partner/group stretching/snuggling flows, including SquishLab favorites Friendship Flower, Squash Blossom & Lovezagna. Eventually we naturally squosh into more of a free play vibe where we might glob into different stacks and piles as is natural.
This space is so rich! Come check it out! We are here to offer suggestions, demonstrate movements, & support your learning & healing process. Opt in and out as feels comfortable. This is all about your own internal experience in these contexts of shared space and deeper layers of connection.
