Holding Space: A Wellness Workshop is an invitation to do just that. �This day is for anyone who feels emotionally stretched, quietly grieving, overwhelmed, or simply longing to reconnect with themselves in a softer, more compassionate way. You don’t have to have the “right words” or a specific loss to attend, just a willingness to show up as you are.
Together, we’ll explore gentle, practical tools to help you better understand your emotions, regulate your nervous system, and recognise how unmet emotional needs can quietly shape your wellbeing. You’ll receive thoughtful guidance on navigating everyday grief, stress, and emotional fatigue, all within a supportive, judgement-free space designed for restoration and connection.
Led by licensed and certified wellness professionals, this workshop is not about fixing yourself, it’s about honouring what you’re carrying and learning how to move forward with more calm, clarity, and self-compassion.
