Class Experience
In this festive hands-on cooking class, students will prepare two holiday-inspired treats. They’ll start with Cranberry-Brie Knots, learning to fold rich dough around creamy Brie and cranberry filling, mastering techniques like dough handling, filling, and shaping for beautiful presentation. Next, they’ll make a Gingerbread Cranberry Lemon Cheesecake, layering gingerbread crust with creamy lemon-infused cheesecake and fresh cranberry topping. Key skills include creating a smooth cheesecake batter and balancing flavors. Perfect for celebrating the season, this class offers creative ideas for holiday gatherings and refined techniques to use throughout the year.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately.
