Holiday Side Dishes

Description: Are you looking to level up your holiday spread? Tired of the usual seasonal suspects year after year? We’ve got you covered! Join us for a deep dive on festive sides, including leveled-up classics and new offerings that may just claim a spot at your table.

What You’ll Learn: We’ll examine the elements of the classic Green Bean Casserole and learn to make each component from scratch. Discover the food-science secrets behind the perfect roast potatoes. Finally, we’ll shape and bake fluffy Yeast Rolls and you’ll create your own compound butter to serve alongside.

Our Mission: Let our cooking classes inspire you. Work with our chef/instructor to learn how to prepare delicious recipes, hone essential techniques, and put some "heart" back into cooking. All levels of experience welcome! We offer private classes, private parties, and a bounty of niche gourmet food and beverage products! NOTICE about cooking classes:

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
• You will work with other students.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
• You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• No refunds on classes, but feel free to gift a friend or family member.
• Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
• All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.

If you have a food allergy, please check with us before registering for a class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made.
