It's the Annual Holiday Party for Members of the Preservation Association of the Southern Tier, held at the SUNY Broome Culinary & Event Center, (the former Carnegie Library). Program includes Annual Report and Presentation of Historic Preservation Awards. This is an opportunity to tour one of Binghamton's architectural treasures, hear what PAST has been doing over the last year and visit with fellow PAST members.Refreshments will be served. Open Bar.
