The Auburn Holiday Parade will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 beginning at 3:30pm. Following the parade there will be a NEW Downtown Tree Lighting Ceremony beginning at 5pm at the State Street Event Plaza.Registration for the Saturday, November 29, 2025 (3:30pm start) Auburn, NY Holiday Parade is now open through Monday, November 24, 2025 at 12pm Noon. The registration form is posted at www.auburnny.gov/holidayparade
Completed Holiday Parade registration forms may be dropped off at the City Clerk's office, first floor, Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street. By email completed registration forms can be emailed to [email protected].
The parade will start on E. Genesee Street at Fulton Street. The parade will march west towards Genesee Street and continue on Genesee Street until the finish line which will be in front of the Boyle Center/Metcalf Plaza. Parade participants will continue to move west down Genesee Street once they cross the finish line. The parade route is approximately 1 mile in length.
NEW Downtown Holiday Tree Lighting at State Street Event Plaza - Join us at the State Street Event Plaza, 1 State Street, for a festive tree lighting in partnership with the Auburn Downtown Partnership, A.T. Walley’s, and the City Parks & Recreation Department. This event will take place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, the tree lighting ceremony will begin at 5PM. More details will be shared soon.
