Holiday House Tour

Welcome to the Holiday House Tour!

Come join The Historical Society of Islip Hamlet for a festive day filled with holiday cheer at our Holiday House Tour. Get into the holiday spirit as docents, dressed in Victorian costume, help you along your self-guided tour of beautifully decorated historic and architechurally interesting homes in the neighborhood. Admire the twinkling lights, stunning decorations, and unique holiday displays. This is the perfect opportunity to gather inspiration for your own holiday decorating! The house tour is rain, shine or snow - no refunds! Ages 16 and up.

Date: Sunday, December 7th

Time: 12:00 PM - 5 PM (see agenda for details). Booklets can be picked up starting at 11:00 AM

Reception Location: Trinity Lutheran Church

Info: Tour guides, in Victorian dress, greet you at each home and help you along your self-guided tour of our beautifully decorated homes. You will receive a tour booklet, with a description of each home and a map of the homes' locations.

Info: Join us for a reception at the Hall of Trinity Lutheran Church. Gather with friends and family to enjoy live entertainment, refreshments, raffle baskets and a 50/50 raffle.

We will again be collecting toys for children in need. Please donate a new, unwrapped toy to the location designated in your Tour Booklet.
