I have a wonderful theming and message planned for this event. There will a mixture of utilizing nervous system tools, quiet mindful guided reflection and stillness, and heartfelt intention and connection, while also having no pressure as I hold space for you in whatever capacity that may end up being on that day. This is about filling your personal cup while also hopefully leaving more grounded with a little connection and boost from feeling heard and seen. There will be more detailed information emailed out to participants closer to the event.
