Experience has shown that some preparation & planning helpswhen it comes to the holidays. It’s not too soon to give this some consideration. Some of the toughest times of the year are ahead for many bereaved.
Participants will share guided readings, conversation, dialogue and questions to be considered about grief & hope during the holidays, followed by creating a personal plan for the holidays.
