Holiday Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: A Practice of Gratitude

Find some respite amidst the holiday bustle with a sound bath designed to connect to yourself and others in a practice of gratitude.

This sound bath consists of a short, guided meditation followed by an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This sound healing experience will bring you on a journey that supports your physical and emotional well-being.

*Please arrive early to get settled so that we may start on time. Doors will be locked at start of event. Dress in layers for warmth. There are plenty of mats, and some blankets (these tend to run out during colder months) and bolsters to use at the studio while supplies last. Comfort is key so bring whatever you need for maximum comfort. I suggest you have: blanket, eye mask, pillow.

* *You are welcome to park in the A-boy plumbing parking lot on the corner of NE 40th and Broadway after 6pm.

***I always set up an altar space so please bring a small item to place on it during the sound bath to honor someone/something, set an intention or infuse with good energy <3
