Come learn the techniques of designing a charcuterie board. Create a salami river, and use deli meats and kiwis to make flowers. Understand how to cut and display different types of cheese. Each participant will make their own personal charcuterie board. Containers will be available to take leftovers home. Wine will be provided to round out the experience!
