On December 6th at 11am, we will be gathering for a special holiday Cacao and Song circle at Jenstar Movement Studio. This will be a 2 hour and 15 minute journey in which we will deepen our presence with our bodies, minds and souls & receive the spirit of Earth through a beautiful mug of ceremonial cacao. Cacao is the pure form of chocolate, her beans grow beautifully on tropical land and help us to connect with flow, heartfulness, expression and love. This is a circle to explore your being and express your voice, no prior singing experience is necessary and simply listening is welcome too! Whether you are navigating a bountifully joyous season, a grieving passage or dancing somewhere in between; cacao, song and community are here to circle with you and we would love to have you. This circle, Kolbi Heilmann of Theia Magia will be guiding song and mediative exploration. Cacao has been a beautiful ally in her journey and she is filled with joy to share it with you now. The journey will begin promptly at 11:15, please arrive no later than 11 AM so you can settle in and feel grounded in the circle as we begin.

~Your yoga mat if you wish
~Cozy clothing
~A journal & pen for any musings you may have
~ An instrument (shakers, drums, flutes, etc. are welcome to add into the songs)
