Buttercream Floral Design Cupcake Class
In this 3 hour class, Tracy Irwin will teach you step-by-step how to pipe and decorate 12 cupcakes with stunning floral designs using meringue buttercream icing. She is a Food Network Champion cake artist, so you will be learning from the best! Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, this class is perfect for anyone looking to add a touch of creativity to their baking.
Tracy will teach you everything you need to know about meringue buttercream, how to make it, how to work with it, and different piping techniques.
December 21 from 12:30-3:30pm at The Penny Coffee Shop in Mission.
Ages 10+ welcome. All product, supplies and tools are supplied. You will take home your 12 decorated cupcakes to enjoy!
