About this Event
Presented in collaboration by Rapbrary, alongside our new partners Black Alphabet, Jamii Arts Center, and The Treehouse, we’re coming together to celebrate the new Rapbrary location at Jamii Arts!
This holiday season, we invite you to gather in community as we build the library — one book, one story, one connection at a time. Bring new or gently used banned or challenged titles, children’s books, and works by Black and Queer authors to help us grow the Rapbrary collection at Jamii and beyond.
Expect an evening filled with good food, good music, relaxation, and joy as we honor the written word and celebrate our literary ancestors who paved the way for liberation through language and storytelling.
Come build, vibe, and celebrate with us — a holiday gathering rooted in love, literacy, and legacy.
