About this Event
Come celebrate! This fun baking class will be a happy haven from holiday stress. You will learn and understand a few basic principles that can transform your home baking.
During this hands-on class, there will be time for questions, troubleshooting, equipment review, as well as valuable information on getting the best from your favourite family recipes. There will be samples to eat, and a few to take home.
Chef Heidi's fail-proof recipes cover the range - everything from homemade cinnamon buns and biscotti to chocolate treats and holiday classics. End the class with inspiration, confidence, and goodies to share.
Some of the recipes we will make include: Homemade Biscotti, Toffee Almond Squares, Double Chocolate Double Ginger Cookies, Homemade Overnight Sticky Buns & Chocolate Cinnamon Rugelach (mini crescent pastries).
IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no shared meal, only some baking samples to eat. Unlike with my other classes, please eat dinner or a substantial snack before class.
