We have a few guidelines for the event to ensure everyone's safety. Please refer to the following:• Children below 4 years are not permitted at the Indian Colour Festival
• Participants are taking part in the Indian Colour Festival at their own risk. The organization is not responsible for any liabilities, damages, injuries, theft or loss.
• Consumption of food & drink bought from outside of the festival is not permitted
• Food & drinks are not permitted inside the tent
• It is strictly prohibited to bring and use coloured powder purchased from outside of the Indian Colour Festival. Only coloured powder being sold at the festival is permitted. Should you be caught using colours bought from outside the festival, you will be fined!
• Colour is NOT allowed to be played outside the tent/designated area. Doing so will result in a fine!
• The use of deodorant cans, cigarettes or lighters is not permitted in the tent.
• The colour powder can dispense colour on clothing & hair. Please dress accordingly, the organization is not responsible for any damages caused to your clothes or belongings. We suggest to wear that you don’t mind getting dirty, white is usually preferred. We do not have lockers on location.
• We strongly advise against the use of contact lenses
• This event is not suitable for people who suffer from asthma
• The colour powder can cause respiratory irritations
• The organization is not liable for any theft and/or loss
• The organization is not liable for any personal injuries
