Namaste All,Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS-DK) is excited to invite you to our Holi Festival of Colour 2024. This event promises to be a colorful and cultural experience for all attendees. We have planned great cultural performances, delicious Indian vegetarian food, and an opportunity to participate in color play with great music. This family-friendly and colour-friendly event is suitable for all ages.
Please note the following details about the program: (some changes are expected)
1) 10:30 Entry Start & Food Stall Opening
2) 12.00 Inauguration
3) 12.15 Cultural Performances
4) 14.30 Holi Organic Dry Color play with Indian Song & Dance
5) 17.00 End of Event. Cleaning hall with Volunteers
Kindly note the following important points:
A) Please buy entry tickets at https://billetto.dk/e/holi-festival-of-colours-2024-billetter-880180. Please note that there is an early bird pricing offer till 1st Jan 2024 & after that tickets will go full price.
B) You are NOT allowed to bring your own colours/ Food/ Drinks to the event site. You will have the opportunity to purchase organic colors, vegetarian food, and non alcoholic drinks at the event site.
C) Organic Dry Color Purchase (ONLY AT VENUE) - You can purchase 4 packets for 100 DKK, 3 packets for 80 DKK, two packets for 55 DKK, or 1 packet for 30 DKK. You can pay via mobile pay or cash at the venue.
D) If we see anyone violating rule B than we reserve the right for further action.
E) Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and ticket sales will be closed once we reach the capacity of the hall. Please note that the color play will take place outside the hall.
F) Tickets are not refundable.
G) We are inviting cultural performance entries. Group performances are preferred. Please send your entries to [email protected]. Please include a short video of your previous performance, your plans for the Holi event, and the duration and number of people in your performance. Performances must be related to the theme of colors and the festival. Limited places are available, so please reach out as soon as possible
