Holding the Heart is a Valentine’s season gathering devoted to self-love, emotional healing, and tending the places within us that learned to protect.
The heart chakra is where our longing for connection lives alongside the imprints of loss, rejection, and emotional injury. Over time, the heart develops ways of guarding itself. Some of these patterns offer genuine support. Others quietly narrow our capacity for closeness, nourishment, and being met.
Through guided reflection and journaling, participants are invited to turn toward their own heart boundaries and sense how they were shaped. The work here is discernment — feeling into which boundaries remain essential, and which may be ready to soften, without forcing vulnerability or compromising self-trust.
The experience is supported by heart-centered crystal teachings, frequency and sound healing, gentle somatic practices, and a closing ritual that honors the strength of the heart while inviting more space, warmth, and compassion.
Holding the Heart is a quiet invitation to meet the places within you that learned to brace, and to discover what can soften when safety, presence, and choice lead the way.
