Sold out!! Reach out to join our next offering on May 24th 2026!Join Courtney and Bree for a day of gentle reconnection to the body. Gathering together for a day out in nature, and with the guided support of horses, we explore how to tune into the messages from the body to better understand our health, our intuition, and ourselves. All with the underlying understanding that our body is not our enemy, it is always trying to communicate with us and look after us the best it can. And, when we can learn to listen to these messages, we open up opportunities for deeper healing, and self-compassion.
The day will weave together techniques and tools that can be modified for use in day to day life, providing you support not just for one day, but every day. We will add in Equine Facilitated Learning and gentle forest meditations to help your system absorb the teachings of the day.
No prior horse experience necessary.
When: April 26th, 10:00am - 5:00pm
Where: Yankee Flats Road, Silver Creek (actual address to be sent once your spot is confirmed)
What to Bring: Lunch, Water, Tea, Journal (if you enjoy journaling and taking notes). Wear comfortable clothes, dress to be outside, close toed shoes are required.
Light snacks will be provided.

This event has space for a maximum of15 women.
There will be a follow up gathering on Saturday May 9th from noon until 1:30 to check in and see how the tools have been integrating in your day to day.
