Holding Space in the Pause - A Women’s Circle for Perimenopause📍Walkerville (home address provided after payment is received)

You’re invited to gather in a small, supportive circle of women to explore the transition into perimenopause and the wisdom our bodies carry during this season of life. I've limited the group to 5 women, in order to maintain an intimate experience.
This evening is designed as a gentle space to learn, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
Together we will share tea, conversation, and quiet moments of reflection as we explore what this transition may look like physically, emotionally, and energetically.
During the evening, we will move through:
• A guided discussion on perimenopause and common hormonal changes
• An opportunity to ask questions and share experiences
• A short grounding breath and somatic connection practice
• A self-care oracle card reflection
• Quiet journaling time
• Individual Reiki offered during journaling for those who wish to receive
• A closing circle to integrate the evening
This gathering is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Rather, it offers a supportive environment to understand what may be happening in our bodies and to feel less alone in the experience.
Tea and a small homemade treat will be served.
You’ll also receive a small take-home gift as a reminder of the space we shared.
All supplies for the evening will be provided. If you feel called to bring your own journal, crystals, or any small item that helps you feel connected to yourself during reflection, you are welcome to bring it along.
I’m looking forward to sharing this evening with you and creating a space where women can gather, reflect, and reconnect with themselves during this meaningful season of life.

Please note: there is a friendly female dog (Willow!) on premises. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Attendance Note: If you find that you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible so I may offer the space to another woman who may wish to join as space is limited.

About Your Host
Stephanie Carson is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist certified in Functional Nutrition, a Practical Herbalist, and a Master Reiki practitioner.
She has worked in functional and integrative health for over a decade, supporting programs related to autoimmune health, gut health, adrenal support, and liver health.
Stephanie created these circles to combine her background in health education with the power of women gathering together in a supportive space.
