Join us in community to hold space for yourself, down-regulate your nervous system, and experience true relaxation amongst all of life's everyday stressors.
Enjoy a one-hour sound bath led by musician and reiki master Ryan Warner - immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flutes, tuning tubes, and more.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed.
After the sound bath, feel free to ask any questions about sound healing, reiki, or meditation.
