Process. Shed.
Grieve. Soften.
We are not separate. What affects one
nervous system affects the whole. 💫

We are living in uncertain, heavy, and rapidly
changing times. Many of us are carrying fear,
grief, anger, exhaustion, and a constant sense
of bracing for what’s next. Even when we
aren’t consciously thinking about it, our
bodies feel it.
Holding Humanity is a somatic breathwork
healing circle devoted to remembering our
shared humanity… beyond borders, beliefs, or
identities and created as a place to process,
shed, grieve, and soften what we’ve been
carrying individually and collectively. This is a
space to come back into your body, your
breath, and your humanity. 🌹

This collective healing experience invites you
to tend to your inner world, not as an escape
from what’s happening, but as a way to
metabolize it so it doesn’t harden or
overwhelm your nervous system.
Through somatic breathwork, you’ll be
supported to:
🌿Release stored stress, fear, and emotional
weight held in the body
🌿Gently process collective grief,
overwhelm, and uncertainty
🌿Shift subconscious survival patterns that
keep you in fight, flight, or freeze
🌿Reconnect with your inner knowing and
embodied wisdom
🌿Contribute to collective healing by tending
to your own nervous system

Whether you’re feeling anxious, numb,
heartbroken, or simply worn down, you are
welcome here. 🌼

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a somatic healing practice that incorporates an active, rhythmic breathing pattern to help you access deeper parts of your subconscious mind, nervous system, and body. It creates space for unprocessed emotion, ancestral or generational patterns, and stuck energy to release so you can reconnect with your voice, your clarity, and your presence.
This practice is potent: it expands you capacity to feel, helps the the mind expand beyond self-limiting beliefs, and your whole system step into greater capacity, integration, and embodied joy.
