What to Expect - UPDATED:
First - You will arrive at Murrumba Downs Station and head to Sam's Dad who will be have a number "1" on his #Holdenutelife shirt that signifies you see him FIRST!! 😉 He will take your details, which include name, contact number, ute details. He will give you a ticket, this will be your ute number for the day. PLEASE DISPLAY THIS TICKET ON YOUR DASH!
Second - You will then be directed to @Sam Crabtree who will be giving you your order of appearance ticket, from number 1 to 6.
Third - You will then be directed to me with that ticket so I can direct you to said number cone/witches hat clearly labelled 1 to 6. I will give you your ticket number for lucky door prize.
There will be some wicked photographers on site taking pics of your beasts to commemorate this epic occasion! 🔥
We will then depart Murrumba Downs Station at approximately 11am where we are all cruising together up the M1 to Tarella Brewery for an awesome lunch of your choice. Food trucks on day pictured below.
Upon arrival at the Brewery we will be parking on the big grassed area with more than enough space for everyone to park together.
Trophy presentations will be awarded around 2pm.
We will have awesome moderators and willing assistants selling raffle tickets - as per pic below. These are $2 each or 3 for $5. This is to allow future promotional products to be purchased.
WHAT TO BRING:
UHF (if you can, helps us communicate on cruise up!) Channel 24 is the go!
Small change / money for raffle tickets - apologies, cash only.
Money for lunch/cold drinks.
Your Holden Ute (registered and roadworthy) with a full tank of petrol!
