Yoga Nidra = Yoga Sleep has also been known as “yogic sleep” “sleep of the gods” “PsychicSleep” “Deep relaxation with inner awareness”.
The term Yoga Nidra is derived from two Sanskrit words, Yoga meaning Union or one
pointed awareness and Nidra which means sleep.
