Join Sports Basement & HOKA for a Trail + Road Demo Night in Berkeley!We’re featuring the Mafate Speed 5 and Challenger 8—two trail-ready beasts that also hold their own on mixed terrain.
You’ll have the option to take these trail monsters up into the hills or keep it smooth with a scenic city road loop. All paces welcome.

Do I need to be fast to join?Not at all! All paces are welcome. Our runs are community-focused and inclusive.
How long is the run? Options for 3 (road),6(trail), 8(trail) miles, with options to shorten or extend depending on your vibe.
Do I have to demo the shoes?Nope! But why not treat your feet to something new?
Do I need to bring anything?Just your usual running gear. We’ll handle the shoes, snacks, and good vibes.
