Come taste some of the chapter's best chefs chili concoctions or if you have a Chili Recipe tasty enough to win register and come prove it. 6 awards will be handed out for the Local DB HOG Chapter, Non-DBHOG, People's Choice and Best of show.

Draw for spots 7:15
Set up around 7:30
Ingredient check at 8am, start cooking directly after.
Judges Samples collected 11:30

Rules
- Teams must have a minimum of two members. For DBHOG category All team members must be Current DBHOG members (membership verification required).
- All chili must be cooked from scratch on site starting at 8:00 a.m. the day of the competition.
- RAW Ground Chili Meat or Ground Chuck are the only meat allowed (Beef only No Cubed Meat, No pork, no venison, no chicken, etc..).
- Finely chopped onions, peppers, veggies are allowed. However, NO other fillers are allowed (i.e. no beans, macaroni, rice, hominy, or similar ingredients).
- No commercial/complete/pre-packaged chili mixes are allowed (Wolf brand or canned Chili).
- Minimum of one 8-quart pots of chili per Team to allow ample product for People’s Choice Tasting. You may make more if desired.
- One competition cup of chili will be presented for judging at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the competition (Cup will be provided).
- People’s Choice Tastings/voting will begin at 12:00 p.m. (once the competition cup has been presented for judging) and end at 2:00 p.m. (Cups will be provided for the tastings)
- All awards will be announced at 2:30 p.m.
- WE DO NOT FOLLOW THE INTERNATIONAL CHILI SOCIETY RULES
