Step into the spooky season with Hocus Pocus Focus & Flow! 🧙♀️✨
Join us on Saturday, October 25th from 11am - 12pm at West Inman Lofts for a playful and mindful yoga class led by KRaine Yoga, with support from The Curiosity Coalition. This creepy little flow will blend grounding breath, magical movement, and a little seasonal mischief to help you find your balance and focus while having fun.
All levels are welcome! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just looking for a spirited way to celebrate the season. Come dressed in your favorite spooky spirit (costumes encouraged but not required), roll out your mat, and get ready to stretch, breathe, and flow your way into Halloween magic. 🎃🧘♀️
