Please note that all ticket sales are **final** and **non-refundable**. Our events involve carefully assigned characters who play critical roles in the murder mystery storyline (unless general admission is selected). Because of this, ticket transfers will only be considered on a **case-by-case basis** and must be requested no later than **30 days before the event**.
Each character assignment includes personalized materials that are prepared in advance and cannot be modified at the last minute. As all guests are assigned characters with specific objectives to complete throughout the evening, we cannot guarantee how the mystery will unfold. While we strive to ensure the event flows as intended, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected actions, such as guests revealing information prematurely.
