About the Event
Touch With Intention: A Somatic Workshop on Connection, Consent & Chemistry
What if the way you touch… is the way you connect?
Most people were never taught how to give or receive touch in a way that actually builds connection, safety, and desire. We either hold back… or we guess.
This workshop changes that.
Touch With Intention is an immersive, guided experience where you’ll explore how touch communicates—emotionally, physically, and relationally—while learning how to express yourself clearly, confidently, and consensually.
Through structured, trauma-informed exercises, you’ll discover how to tune into your body, read others more accurately, and create connection that actually lands.
✨ What You’ll Experience
This is a progressive, experiential workshop—not just talking, but doing.
We’ll guide you through:
Foundations of touch as communication (how every touch sends a message)
Playful and platonic touch to build comfort and ease
Romantic and sensual touch explorations (always optional and guided)
Nervous system awareness and co-regulation through connection
Real-time feedback and reflection to deepen understanding
The experience builds gradually—so you feel safe, supported, and in control the entire time.
🌿 What You’ll Walk Away With
Confidence in initiating and receiving touch
Tools to communicate consent, desire, and boundaries
A deeper understanding of your own preferences and patterns
The ability to read and respond to others more clearly
A new relationship to connection, presence, and chemistry
