Welcome to the HMT End of Year Celebration!
Come join us for a night of celebration as we mark the end of another amazing year at HMT. The event will take place on Thursday, May 22, 2025 starting at 5:00 PM at Suffolk Punch Brewing - SouthPark.
Enjoy refreshments and socialize with other HMT supporters before a brief program at 6PM. You'll hear from Heart's leadership team as well as a special guest. Suffolk Punch is attached to South Park mall, so there is ample free parking.
