Hive Flow Free Yoga

Join us every second Saturday at Ybor Hive for a free all-levels yoga session led by rotating local yogi instructors. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this is your invitation to slow down, stretch out, and reconnect—with yourself and your community. The class types will vary per instructor, get updates by signing up for our newsletter or following us on instagram. Post class there will be a beverage or cafe vendor present to sell beverages and food goods, this will also vary and rotate each month!

✨ What to Expect:

• 60-minute gentle to moderate yoga session
• Rotating guest instructors each month
• BYOM: Bring your own mat, water, and a friend
• Indoor or shaded outdoor space depending on the weather
• Post-class mingle with special beverage guests who will pop-up (vendor to be announced on social media!)
