A jazz jam open to all players, singers and listeners, at the Market Theatre in Hitchin, monthly (normally 3rd Thursday). Doors @ 7.30, music at 8. £15 entry (£13 in advance). This Jazz Jam Special features an initial set by L’Esprit du Jazz, led by accordionist Karen Street. The band explores French musette, Latin and Tango alongside original compositions sometimes with a folk twist and favourite jazz standards.
