This seminar is taught as part of the Salsa Certification Course by Tito Ortos, which is geared to salsa instructors or to those dancers who are thinking of becoming salsa instructors in the future. The course is also open to those salsa aficionados who would like to delve deeper and learn as much as possible about the art of Salsa.
You may also attend the seminar without participating in the Certification Course.
The course will include both theoretical and practical components and will cover topics such as the history and evolution of Salsa music and dance, musicality and timing, teaching methodology including the Tito Ortos Method
as well as new topics for 2023 including more advanced lead and follow technique, a full hour of Pachanga and Boogaloo and an intro to Bomba y Plena.
