Join us for our October installment of our History at Night series: Headstone Symbolism of San Felipe de Austin Cemetery!Many different symbols were used on headstones historically. Often, these symbols have meaning and can shed light on the life of the person resting beneath the headstone. Come learn about some of the symbols found in the local cemetery and what they may mean for their owners.
Admission is free of charge and light refreshments will be provided!
Unlike past years, this program will take place at the Old 300 Learning Hall at San Felipe de Austin State Historic Site. Guests should travel directly to the Historic Site for this program and not the San Felipe de Austin Cemetery.
