Join the Fort Collins Historical Society at 6:30 pm on November 4th for a walk through Washington Park, one of the cities oldest public parks. Doug Earnest and Meg Dunn will share stories from the park and its immediate surroundings as well as talk about a possible future for the park. Historical Society meetings are free and open to the public, so bring a friend! We meet in the Masonic Hall located at 225 W. Oak Street. November 4th is election day and the County building is right across the street, so street parking may be limited. But you are welcome to park in the Masonic Lodge parking lot or the FNBO parking lot behind the building.
The Historical Society does offer memberships, which helps us to cover the cost of the room rental. If you would like to become a member, the cost of dues is $10 right now, but that's changing in January to $20. So if you join before the new year, it will count towards 2026, but be at the 2025 price. (Talk to Ben if you'd like to join.)
