About this Event
Join The Jaxson's Mike Field for a guided tour of Jacksonville’s historic Five Points. Carved out of a former cotton plantation land in 1868, Five Points has greatly contributed to Jacksonville’s growth and culture for over 150 years.
Five Points has evolved into one of Jacksonville’s most vibrant pedestrian-friendly districts and cultural hubs. We’ll explore how this neighborhood came to be, how it has changed and how it will continue to evolve going forward with the establishment of a Business Improvement District in 2025.
The tour starts and ends outside the Cummer Museum. Street parking is free. Tickets are $20; kids 12 and under are free. The tour is suitable for most travelers.
Two walking tours are offered: one beginning at 9AM and the other beginning at Noon.
Before or after, plan to visit the beutiful Cummer Museum. On the first Saturday of every month, the Cummer offers free admission from 10am until 4pm.
