Welcome to the Hispanic Heritage Month Cultural Crafting Series at the Oakland Public Library: 81st Avenue Branch! Join us @ the 81st Avenue Library for weekly crafting sessions in honor of Latin X Heritage month. Activities will be held on Thursdays 3-5pm from September 18th - October 9th.
