Salesforce Consultant – Interior Construction Division

Wise Construction Group is expanding.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Salesforce Consultant to design, implement, and optimize a high-performance CRM ecosystem that supports our growing Interior Construction Division.

Our focus includes kitchen renovations, bathroom remodels, flooring installations, and full interior transformations across both commercial and residential markets. As we scale, we are building two dedicated sales channels:

  • B2B Commercial Sales Team (property managers, investors, developers, multi-unit operators)
  • Residential Outreach Team (direct-to-homeowner, door-to-door acquisition model)

This role will architect the operational backbone that drives both divisions.


Position Overview

The Salesforce Consultant will lead the customization and deployment of Salesforce to support:

  • Lead generation and door-to-door pipeline tracking
  • B2B account management and opportunity forecasting
  • Estimating and proposal workflows
  • Project handoff from sales to operations
  • KPI dashboards for executive oversight
  • Territory management and rep performance tracking

You will work directly with executive leadership to build a scalable, data-driven revenue engine.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Salesforce architecture tailored to construction sales workflows
  • Develop custom objects, automations, and reporting dashboards
  • Integrate marketing funnels and lead capture systems
  • Build structured pipeline stages for residential and commercial divisions
  • Implement territory and commission tracking models
  • Train and onboard sales teams for adoption and efficiency
  • Provide ongoing optimization and performance analytics

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience implementing Salesforce for service-based or construction-related businesses
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and direct-to-consumer sales models
  • Experience building CRM systems for field sales teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to translate executive vision into operational systems
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
