A networking event bridging the gap between Black women & foodservice employers to empower leaders, forge connections, and build community.
About this Event

Presented by The Re-Seasoning Coalition, a non-profit dedicated to increasing Black representation across all levels of the foodservice industry, The Hire Her Networking Mixer is more than a hiring event — it’s a space for meaningful industry connections rooted in connection, empowerment and community.

We’re bringing together:

  • Black women job seekers eager to bring their talent, skills, and vision to foodservice.
  • Foodservice employers and leaders committed to building more inclusive, diverse, and equitable teams.

Together, we’ll cultivate an atmosphere of value exchange — where both job seekers and employers walk away with insight, opportunity, and new relationships that can spark lasting impact.

Why Attend?
  • For Job Seekers: Meet potential employers, gain industry insights, and meet peers who share your journey.
  • For Employers: Access an exceptional network of Black women in culinary arts, hospitality management, marketing, finance, tech, operations, product development, and entrepreneurship ready to bring their expertise and passion to your teams.
  • For Everyone: Be part of a community-driven experience that centres equity, is designed for empowerment, and creates opportunities for everyone to reach their full potential in foodservice & hospitality.
