This workshop is dedicated to understanding and organizing hip movement in Brazilian Zouk, starting from a technical foundation that supports fluidity with clarity. The work moves through hip mobility and control, leg coordination and center, weight transfer and continuity, and how to create flow without losing structure. The focus is on the foundation of movement: how the body organizes itself so movement becomes efficient, connected, and musical.
Open to all levels who wish to refine technique, body awareness, and movement quality within Brazilian Zouk.
