A retreat-like dance reset for your body and spirit.
The Afrofeteness Experience is a retreat-styled dance gathering rooted in Afro-Caribbean movement, sensual expression, sisterhood, and celebration.
This is more than a dance class.
It’s a space to reset, reconnect, and remember yourself through movement.
Season of breakthrough
If you're like me, you may have been going through a really tough season- feeling like everything around you is falling apart (relationships, finances, mental health, etc). But this is our season of breakthrough! We were never buried...we were being planted for elevation!
This Hips & Healing Tour is an opportunity to reclaim (our autonomy, peace, power), to restore (our confidence, self-worth), to release (what no longer serves us), to return (back home to ourselves, TMH, what we loved before being shamed), and to reconnect (to our bodies, our unique movements, our inner queen).
In a world that often disconnects women from their bodies, this experience invites you to come home to yours.

Learn Afro-Caribbean–inspired techniques and combos that build confidence, musicality, flow, and deeper connection to your body.
Movements are broken down in a way that supports all levels. Then we bring everything together in choreography that allows you to fully embody what you’ve learned.
This is about understanding the movement — not just copying it.

Afrofeteness is Afro-Caribbean inspired dance fitness that feels like a party.
This is where we turn the volume up.
A high-energy dance fitness experience rooted in African rhythms, Caribbean movement, hip hop, and twerk elements — woven together into a party-style session that allows you to sweat, release, and let loose.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about freedom.
