About this Event
A mobility, flexibility program 2x a week for 6 weeks. The focus of the program is to connect your mind and body, improve your mobility and flexibility in your hips working your way into a split while releasing tension in your low back.
The program will be:
Tuesdays 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31, 4/7 at 10
Saturdays 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/4, 4/11 at 1pm
Tickets for 1x a week are available.
