In this workshop, we’ll bring breath, space, and awareness into the entire pelvic region. We’ll begin with the amazing Hip Opening Series, created by Gabriel's yoga teacher, a precise and intelligent sequence that helps us feel where we’re tight, where we’re out of balance, and where we’re ready to open.
What stories do your hips carry?
Our hips are the foundation of movement, and yet, they’re often the first to stiffen from long hours of sitting, stress, or simply not moving enough (or sometimes too much!).
We’ll deepen the work with strong yet accessible postures that awaken mobility, strength, and connection. As the hips begin to soften, we may also notice a shift on a deeper level, letting go of emotional holding and making space for more ease, more joy, and more trust in our body.
